You will be placed in a small video conference group of 7 people to explore the question. After the first meeting, there will be a second meeting where representatives from each group will share a summary of all the meetings and create a prioritized list of focus issues. Everyone will be able to join the second meeting ans listen in on the discussion

Preparation. Start by choosing one in your group to be the chairmanfor the meeting. Then choose a secretary and select that secretary in the protocol. The chairman then reads the agenda to the group.
Focus Issues. Take turns and pressent what you think to be the most important focus issues for 2022 and 2023. Use the speaking timer to make sure that everyone gets equal time. The secretary writes down all ideas as separate entries and adds it to the protocol.
Prioritize Vote on all the proposals to find the issue that has most support in the group. The secretary sorts the list according to priority.
Representative. Before the meeting is over you decide together who will be the representative for the group and select that representative in the protocol. The representative needs to be able to continue to the next meeting.
